We're based at 28B Estover Close, Plymouth PL6 7PL. Rough drive times from there:
20–30 minutes — Plympton, Plymstock, Estover, Devonport and around.
40–55 minutes — Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Modbury, Aveton Gifford and around.
25–40 minutes — Ivybridge, Lee Mill, South Brent, Buckfastleigh and around.
30–50 minutes — Saltash, Torpoint, Callington, Tavistock and around.
50–65 minutes — Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Newton Abbot and around.
It depends entirely on where the damage is. The British Standard that governs tyre repairs — BS AU 159 — is quite specific, and we'd rather explain it than have you find out on the driveway.
A puncture smaller than 6mm across, in the central three-quarters of the tread, with no sidewall damage, no exposed cords, and the tyre hasn't been driven on while flat.
Anything on the sidewall or shoulder. Anything bigger than 6mm. Splits, tears, bulges or an egg shape. Any visible fabric or wire. And any tyre that's been driven on flat — the inside is damaged even when the outside looks fine.
